Therefore, the Unique Computing Solutions, Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan and Trust has been established for the exclusive benefit of all eligible employees and their beneficiaries. The Plan allows eligible employees to defer part of their income on a tax-favored basis into the Plan and obtain tax-deferred accumulation of earnings on investments chosen by the employee.
