Objectives:
When I moved my websites from a Window 2003 Server to a Windows 2003 R2 server the Microsoft Access database connections stopped working. I fixed the problem use Microsoft Knowledge base article www.microsoft.com/kb/894435

ADODB.Connection error ´800a0e7a´ Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed. /index.asp, line 9 Switching IIS from 64Bit to 32Bit fixed the problem.
