Manufacturing Plant Surveillance Camera System Client: M & E Components M&E Components is a manufacturing plant performing a wide variety of services for their clients including springs, injection & insert molding, die cutting, metal & plastic fabrication, milling, wire forms, tiel cutting and pad printing.

Objectives:
The client wanted to install a surveillance system for purposes of monitoring their production lines as well as the purpose of security and accident prevention. They also wanted their managers to have the ability to view their production lines from their offices.
What Makes it Unique:
Unique Computing Solutions (UCS) installed a combination of fixed and pan/tilt/zoom cameras within their facility. The fixed cameras were placed near machine where production is critical and near machines were safty can be a concern. The pan/tilt/zoom cameras were placed in storage and packaging areas allowing the client to pan around the warehouse.
End Result:
The client´s managers have been able to view production from their offices allowing them to complete other tasks quicker and more efficiently. It has also improved productivity since the employees know their managers can be watching them at any time.
