Objectives:
Create an online form that will allow customers to login and reedem gift certificates for one of three items. The database has to be designed to allow for multiple customers and clients to be added as gift certificates are passed out. The form needs to be secure, and not difficult to use.All parties involved need to be able to montior how many of the gift certificates have been used, and what items have been selected.

What Makes it Unique:
Secure Order Form - order acceptance that requires full mailing address, name and form of contact before users can select an item.
Order monitoring - All parties involved can monitor the success of the program through their own login screens.
Abuse Detection - to prevent fraudulent acts monitors all attempts to validate used of gift certificates.

End Result:
We created a page that required the unique gift certificate number that was printed on each individuals certificates. The form also requires their full mailing address, name and form of contact before they can select a item.
