To provide network support from our support center in Homewood, IL using the latest remote technology and on-site support at the customers location.

    To facilitate remote support, an Internet firewall server was configured and added to the existing network configuration. This will allow for remote access to the existing server and AS/400. Software was configured on each user PC to allow access for troubleshooting.
